For my prints I first sketched out an idea of what i wanted to do. I chose giraffes because those are my favorite animals and I thought they were a good idea for texture. Next, I carved out the lines that i didnt want to have paint. I had to use smaller tools for thinner lines and bigger ones for thicker. Then, I rolled on a good amount of paint onto the slab. I had to wait until I the paint make a sticky noise so the paint wasn't too thick. Most of my prints came out good but my favorite was my last one. I made a gradual affect with the blue and white and contrasted it with the balck paper.
